I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel nestled in the mountains. The location was simply breathtaking, surrounded by lush green forests that added a touch of serenity to my stay. The housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that my room was always spotless and ready for a comfortable retreat after a long day exploring the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a well-equipped game room, providing endless entertainment options.
My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The beautiful surroundings, attentive service, and impressive facilities exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is situated close to beautiful mountains which provides a stunning view from the rooms. the rooms themselves were clean and spacious with regular change of towels and provided shampoos and shower gels. the breakfast had a lot of variety and was freshly prepared. the hotel also had a big room for kids with daily entertainment, and there were facilities for water volleyball, tennis, football, and volleyball.
The unfriendly and unprofessional staff ruined the whole experience.

Inside pool, free table tennis, above average breakfast, strong Wi-Fi, beautiful nature.
Nothing, all great.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Armenia. The views were beautiful, with forests all around, it felt like a nice getaway from the city. The food was decent with a variety of options to choose from, especially the traditional Armenian dishes which were yummy. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
The room was tiny, with barely enough walking space. The bathroom was not well cleaned, had a strange odor. Additionally, there were only a few amenities offered, which was disappointing. The location was also not ideal, with the hotel being far from any attractions or activities. not the best experience for the price paid.

The hotel offered stunning views of the surrounding nature, while being easily accessible from the nearby village. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities provided. Additionally, the variety and quality of the food served during the New Year's celebrations was impressive.
The indoor pool was not well-maintained during my stay and was barely usable. Additionally, some of the staff members seemed unprofessional and not very attentive to guests' needs. Finally, the hotel's WiFi was unreliable at times, making it difficult to stay connected. while there were several positive aspects of the hotel, there were also some areas that could have used improvement.

We enjoyed the beautiful location of this hotel, surrounded by green forests and close to the mountains. The homemade food was delicious and there were plenty of vegetarian options. In addition, we appreciated the inside pool and the free table tennis. The breakfast was above average and the Wi-Fi was strong and readily available.
Can't fault anything about it.
